For years, I have been inspired to taste, eat and create food in all different styles simply because I enjoy it. My journey began in (back then) middle school where I was known for devouring plates of school dinners. I know what you're thinking, school dinners ... really? My family life revolved around sitting together and eating, which was a social activity. I have decided to write about my passions, my thoughts, and curious wonderings about everything food.
